This is a chance to integrate AI into Learning to solve Bloom's two sigma problem. As an AI Application Engineer (Level 1), you'll be the technical craftsperson who builds intelligent workflows that transform how students learn and engage with our educational content.
Key Responsibilities

01. LLM Implementation:
Develop and optimize prompts using advanced techniques (Chain of Thought, few-shot learning) for our LLM-powered educational tools
Implement and refine agent-based systems using frameworks like Langchain, N8N, or Make.com
02. Workflow Design & Development:
Translate business requirements from Subject Matter Experts into effective AI-powered workflows
Use information mapping tools to visualize and document complex systems and processes
03. Testing & Quality Assurance:
Implement comprehensive testing methodologies for AI systems
Develop evaluation metrics to measure AI system performance and identify areas for improvement
04. LLM Selection & Optimization:
Evaluate different LLM models (Claude 3.7, GPT 4.1, Gemini, etc.) to select the best fit for specific use cases
Optimize model performance while balancing accuracy, speed, and cost considerations
05. Hallucination Prevention:
Implement techniques to reduce AI hallucinations and improve factual reliability
Build robust feedback loops to continuously improve system accuracy

Note, you do not need an engineering or even an undergrad degree for this role. You're perfect for this role if:
You have experience with LLM prompting techniques and understand how to get the best results from language models
You're comfortable working with agentic frameworks and can implement AI workflows efficiently, solving problems along the way.
You have strong skills in information mapping and can translate complex processes into clear visualizations
You demonstrate a passion for educational technology and how AI can transform learning
You have the ability to extract domain knowledge from experts and translate it into technical solutions
